I experienced the most amazing customer service a few weeks back from a Bridal Tablecloth employee. I live in DC and we needed tableclothes within a week. We didn't have time for a sample or to order 1 to ensure the coor was correct. When I explained the situation, the employee took pics with her cell phone and emailed the photos so we could see the color up close. At that point, we decided to purchase from Bridal Tablecloth even if the color was off. 5-stars is the highest rating but we would give them a 100 rating plus 10-stars. We purchased on a Thursday, the items shipped Thursday evening from CA and for a reasonable fee for expedited shipping we received the package on Tuesday of the following week- 3-business days! We will definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to others.
